Well today I completed half of my week 2 run 1. I was very dissappointed and the reason why i stopped is because my shoe lace was untied and i lost track from the podcast. Nevermind, I will try it again and complete it. I guess today wasn't my time but i did feel much fitter today than last week. I won't give up
