Well, the journey began today and I must admit I enjoyed it :) It felt soooo good. Having a 'personal' trainer helping out makes all the difference :) Can't wait for R2.

Well done on your first run. Yes, we all love Laura - she's a great encouragement. Have a nice rest day tomorrow (remember that the rest days are very important to give the muscles time to recover and repair so they can strengthen) and then have a really good second run the day after.
