Well, the journey began today and I must admit I enjoyed it It felt soooo good. Having a 'personal' trainer helping out makes all the difference Can't wait for R2.
Hi Paul, great stuff ! Its brilliant isn't it ? Enjoy your rest day tomorrow, well done xx
Well done on your first run. Yes, we all love Laura - she's a great encouragement. Have a nice rest day tomorrow (remember that the rest days are very important to give the muscles time to recover and repair so they can strengthen) and then have a really good second run the day after. Good luck and best wishes.
Well done Paul glad you enjoyed it .
Brilliant well done you. It is so great to feel so positive isn't it? I am off for w1r3 tomorrow and can't wait.

just need to work through it. Any suggestions on helping the pain? Any exercise/stretches to do? I want...
