KENNEL RUNNING

Even at the tender age of 5 months, Izzie has gone into kennels for her hols over the weekend. We have to take our son to the rowing competition in Nottingham tomorrow, so we can run by the water sports centre (hopefully!!).

It should be a good run as the rowing lake is 2k and (presumably) flat. It will make a change to run flat instead of Dartmoor hills, or the Devon and Cornwall coast. All we need now is the weather forecast to improve.

sounds wonderful, and a change of scenery is always nice. Hope your son does well in his rowing.

Thanks. They came 5th in the country, but no run ~ we ended up boat loading etc!!

Enjoy your change of scenery and the opportunity to run on the flat. Best wishes.

I can't believe you put her in a kennel! Hope she forgives you. How did your son get on and what about your running on the flat?

in reply towaletta

She loved the kennel!! 3 ticks on her, but she could have picked those up on Dartmoor before she went in. I shall keep a close eye on her.

No running ~ got tied up with boat loading etc.

Hope you all enjoyed it anyway. That's a well balance girl you've got there. Brought her up to be independent I see. (Probably used to you running away from her by now.)
