I love the c25k podcasts. They have got me into running and i recommend them to everyone. I am using the 3 podcasts for 5k graduates but it would be great if there were a few more to go at with a view to extending the distances a bit more.

Absolutely agree. I have just finished week 8 and with just one week to go I am by no means ready to go it without Laura. And 30 minutes won't see me complete 5k, which I dearly want to do. How about a podcast series to help us run up to an hour,
I think this has been answered "officially" a while ago. It seems that the NHS doesn't have the budget for general running training, so now that they've got us started, it's up to us to carry on. There is, of course, several podcasts with B210K for instance.
That would be ideal. Having laura with me and the timed runs has helped me to see how i have progressed through the weeks. I find running without the podcasts a little unstructured. Have tried making my own recording but it is no good!
The Sami Murphy Bridge to 10 k on here is good. Music, much of it new to me, is very good too. I'd recommend it. I use it all the time
I can also recommend "Runkeeper" (available both for Android and iPhone). It's an app that will tell give you voice prompts based on either distance or time. So you can for instance set it to tell you the time every 5 minutes and also get told the total distance and how fast you've been (should you desire that). Only problem is that it's not nearly as encouraging as Laura saying "I know you must be tired, but come on, just one minute more, I know you can do it".
Thanks to you all for your replies. I will have a look for the suggested downloads.
The thing is we all actually want Laura - she is really encouraging and, incredibly, when you are feeling tired and not particularly like finishing, (me today) not at all irritating. Surely somebody knows who Laura is; this must be an opportunity for somebody entrepreneurily minded to make some more podcasts. I would willingly buy them and I suspect quite a few other people here would as well.
Someone could probably digitally remix various Laura statements into new podcasts, were they willing to ignore the copyright. Or maybe they could get permission from NHS even.
Yes i too would buy them.
There are some great podcasts to download on the Audiofuel website audiofuel.co.uk/index.html
They're the people who did the music for C25K. Not to everyone's taste but I don't mind it at all as it gives you a good beat to run to and there is a guy talking and spurring you on. I can listen to my own choice of music when I'm not running.
Laura used to post on this forum before the makeover.
I feel it is entirely appropriate that the NHS takes us to running for 30 minutes, gives us the three C25K+ podcasts and then we take it forward as we choose. I'm working towards 10k myself but there comes a point where you are exchanging 'health promotion' for 'sport/hobby' (and maybe even costing the NHS money...)
I did Stepping Stones yesterday for the first time in ages. That's what's great, you can go back to things but it isn't a backwards step. I still haven't completed the Strength and Flexibility series either.
Runkeeper has some training programmes. I've used Weight Loss.
