Just did the first run on week 8 but I ditched the podcasts at the end of week 6. I liked Laura but not the music. Can anyone tell me if I've missed anything, any good tips?

Laura's tips are useful, but in the case of breathing and foot strike contentious, to say the least. You will, of course, not be considered a true graduate of NHS C25k unless you have lived through "Julie"..........destined to be a lightweight in the eyes of the old school. Mind you, not bugged by crippling earworms either.

I just completed r 1 w9 but felt bad that I still hadn't heard the podcast so just listened to it while working. It's the song right? I loved that song!!
