There we go. It wasn't a personal best, and it wasn't a glorious run, it was a straightforward middle of the week 5k, in a touch over 32 minutes. What it was, however, was the third run of the ninth week since I pulled on a pair of trainers and went out to turn a corner in my idea of what it means to be fit and healthy. Now it is normal for me to run. It is not some crazy idea, an odd thing I do because I'm making a big change to my life. It's something I do because I like it and because I can. I run. I am a runner.
Now this is not the end. It is not even the be... - Couch to 5K
Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
