Spouse has been out of town, so though i have been out, it has been with child in tow. Which is fun and creates all sorts of positives of the setting a good example and teaching him valuable things about fitness variety, but i dont count runs with him as my workout runs. Maybe when he doesnt create confusion and delay and just comes along!
So, today, week2 run 3, 2.69k in 31:34 (includes warm up/cool down). Felt just hard enough to move on to week 3.
