Very pleased with myself this morning! Managed the 3 x 5 min runs, I'm not saying it was easy but I actually completed them without stopping. It amazes me that I can 'run' for that long. Now the hubby has decided to give it a whirl, so I went out with him on his W1R1. That really showed me how much progress I had made in just a few weeks!

Well done... and I wish mrfaize a wonderful journey too. As above, be careful about doing too much too soon, the plan is carefully designed to minimise injury. Maybe find a field that hubby can run round and get yourself a megaphone 🤣

It’s just amazing isn’t it?! We go from barely able to run for a minute to slow and steady progress. You’ll continue to be staggered by what you can do - c25k is a blooming miracle!
