I've done. Finito. I finished Week 9 after 1 false start when my knee gave out in Week 7 and I had to rest for so long I started over. When to see the doc about my knee, she asked me how I did it so told her about Cto5K. She looked at me and said, "Don't you think 5k a bit ambitious, how about 2.5k?" She also told me to lose weight (well, I was 18.5 stone). I'm now doing the 5 and 2 diet and have lost 20lbs since the middle of August.
Anyway restarted Cto5K (had to take a break after Week 6 as at short notice I took someone's place in a 100k in 3 days sponsored walk but managed to restart at Week 6 so I have been through that week 3 times). So now I've just finished my first 3 Laura-less runs, flogging my guts out to do 5.1k in around 37 mins each time. I'll just keep doing this for a while.

Fantastic! Well done for the running and weight loss too, you must feel amazing! Good idea to settle into a running routine, need those legs to keep going
This is just an aside because I am only on week 2, but my husband has been on the 5/2 diet for nearly two years. He plays golf three times a week so walks over 30 miles (looking for his balls he says ). He has steadily lost about 40lbs in weight and thinks the diet is fantastic. He can't do C25K because he has two replacement knees and one replacement hip!
