Week 4 Run 1 complete...... Yay!!!

After a "bad" run at the end of week 3 I was more than a little nervous about starting week 4. Well i shouldn't have been so worried this morning was probably my best run so far. Might sound strange but actually seemed to help not having to walk as much!! Starting to enjoy this running lark and feeling more optimistic that I won't "choke" and will actually see this through to the end!

Very well done! Sometimes a walking break makes it hard to pick up pace again so you are doing very well not needing to do that as much. Now that you are falling into the routine you will find it easier to keep moving up a level. Trust the programme and have faith in yourself and all will be well.

HAPPY RUNNING!

Well done. I found week 4 easier in some ways than week 3. Trust in the programme, believe in yourself and you will get there. Good luck and best wishes.

Thank you for you lovely comments and support! I find the pod cast really motivational as i'm jogging along. It is a fantastic programme and my only regret is that I didn't have the courage to start this sooner! Here's to a happier, healthier and fitter future !! Good Luck and Best wishes for your running too!!!
