Wk6 run 1 - can't believe how quick the weeks are going by!

Not much to say really. I've done it. I'm ready for the next run. I'm loving it.

I still find the first 5 minutes of running the hardest, so I'm hoping that the fitter I get that will change. I'm considering changing my route as the begining of my run is always uphill.

:-)

Almost a year on from when I started, the first five minutes is always the longest for me, if not always the hardest. I think it just takes a bit of time to get into a rhythm.

Well done for getting this far - enjoy exploring new routes. Not long to go now until you graduate :)

Funny thing is, I'd never considered that I might graduate!!! Now it's a reality. I WILL graduate!

This week is hard but you've got the first run out of the way. Good luck with the next two runs. Best wishes.

Thanks fitmo. You're always so encouraging to everyone. Thank you!

I try to be encouraging because the alternative is always counter-productive. Cheers.

I will start week 6 tomorrow. We can do this!!! Also considering changing my route. Mine is passed a lake and as it's getting warmer the flies come out. So they basically all fly into my mouth lol

Extra protein?!? Best wishes.

I always find the first km uncomfortable - even though I do a minimum of 5 minutes warm up walk. After the first km, then it comes together ;)
