Week 2 Run 3 just done.....But!

I am still absolutely amazed, astounded and flabbergasted that I have come this far! But I don't feel as excited about what will be my 1st run of week 3 in 2 days time! Today I felt "heavy" and tired when I ran, I still finished and didn't get stitch until the 6th run rather than the 3rd which is an improvement but I have a sense of trepidation when faced with the 3 minute runs next week!!! I know everyone says to stay doing your current week until you're ready to move on but I'll be really disappointed if I don't manage it? I'll give it a go on Monday and will let you all know!

Go slowly and you are much more likely to finish. You can always speed up later when you are fitter.

Norni's advice is very sound! It's sooo easy to start off too fast when you jump up in time/distance. All the best - I won't be surprised if you're back full of beans about it on Monday!

Every time I inner my running time I thought I would never be able to do it, but somehow managed to, just don't go to fast and focus on something in the distance to run towards and you will be fine I am sure. Good luck with your next run :-)
