W5R1 woohoo good run despite winds at me and knees holding up !!!

Loved today's run bit nervous after resting for a week cos of my knee, was gonna repeat w4r3 but I thought the hell with it let's carry on and is glad I did, avoided downhill runs and I've had no major issues, few twinges but eased up and was ok, yay I'm so relieved , can't wait for run 2 although run 3 is very eeek !!!!

  • Run 3 is fine. You've done all the lead up to it so get your positive head on and go for it. You will probably amaze yourself! Good Luck :) :) :)

  • Thank you xx I'm sure I'll do it, I have every time I've doubted it, so should have faith now in the program x in fact I know I will !!

  • Sounds as though you and I are at the same stage - I did W5R1 yesterday and will do the R2 tomorrow. I'm not worrying about R3 on Friday as I will just take it as it comes and see what happens. Good luck with the rest of Week 5. Best wishes.
