Start week 2 tomorrow any tips?

So I start week 2 tomorrow, I managed week one without any major drama, (I ache a little less after every session). I don't have any fear of moving forward (except maybe week 5)

Any tips for week 2? Looks like it may be my first run in the rain too any pointers on how to deal with that?

Take it slow and steady and don't scare yourself by looking that far ahead ;) Week 5 looks scary when you are on week one or two, but won't seem quite as bad as you get nearer.

I'm not scared (not really) I look forward to the challenge, I think my problem may be going off a little quickly. Week 2 holds nothing I'm fearful of so see how I go tomorrow

If you feel like it's getting too much, push through it and soon Laura will tell you it's time to walk. I really felt those extra 30 seconds in week 2 :D

With regards to rain, it can be refreshing and cooling I hear :D

Slow and steady wins the day.

Keep going and you WILL get there.

Good luck, and keep us posted.

Well run completed, I was certainly harder than week one but I completed it! I realise now the importance of getting the right pace though.

That's brilliant! Well done. I still find it difficult to pace myself

Well done. Just keep taking it slow and steady and you may find the next couple of runs are a bit easier. Good luck, best wishes.
