Did run 2/w4 on Sunday but could only manage half of it...

Tried again r2/w4 today (Wednesday) - seems I keep taking the wrong route - the first 3 min run ended a minute short since a long steep path (with steps) was ahead of me... nevertheless I managed 1 minute uphill - and walking up was harder than running on flat. I will keep doing week 4 until I get it all done, even if it means doing it 5 or 6 times instead of just 3.

I used to have problems with the route when I started the programme first time round. Sometimes I would end up with some sort of obstacle during the running part, such as steps or going uphill. Since I moved to another area I don't have to worry about it because it's pretty much all flat here and I have some lovely paths around a country park, lake and along the river embankment. I'm sure you will sort it eventually and there is nothing wrong with repeating runs/weeks if that suits you. Good luck with completing week 4. Best wishes.

Thank you! I really don't want to take the car to find a flattish spot - but I know that before I can really run up and down the hills that surround my house I may have to!
