Don't use the fail word here on C25K, especially that you were not well last week, glad that you have recovered Tinkerbell35, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, I would advise you to repeat week 2, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾
As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.
Do week 2 again
Life happens and gets in the way of the best laid plans. Just roll with it, when you can get out and run brilliant! -but if you can’t, don’t beat yourself up about it, you’ll get out there when the time is right. It’s taken me ages to let this sit comfortably with myself, but it makes for a happier life!
Just carry on where you left of on week 2.
I was in a middle of a week when all the snow and ice hit earlier in the year and was unable to go out (for fear of breaking a leg). But once the ice had cleared I just carried on with the next run and it was fine.
Don't feel disheartened. You haven't failed anything. No one can help getting ill. Just carry on and you will be fine. xx

you can repeat any day or week. I started last August and am only just on Week 9!! I repeated whatever I personally felt like I needed to repeat, so I took a whole moth to keep repeating Week 3, but then seemed to find it a lot easier and more or less stuck to the plan after that. As Almorr said, no run is a failure. Failure is to not get out there!! Call it a practice!! 😆
