I managed to do week 2 run 2 last night.

My legs are aching today! Must be progress?

Come on guys! Only one run left this week!

Oh good, someone else at the same level as me so we can egg each other on to complete the whole c25k :) I did my run yesterday too and I do feel less stiff than the 1st week. I do do stretches before and after so I don't know if that helps. Well done us both :)

Hi, your leg will hurt less or nothing at all if you do stretching excersises after you finish your last five minutes walk. Do them they really help. Good luck and keep it up, if I can do it so can you.

Well done you two. I'm at the same stage too - week 2 run 2 done. I should have done run 3 this morning but, err, I indulged in the red wine a but too much last night (whoops) so although I'm itching to go out and do number 3 run, I think it's sensible to forget it for a while! I'll see how I feel this afternoon.

I'm really enjoying it are you?

I'm doing W2R2 tonight! I was very scared about doing the first run but I managed it, although I was pretty knackered by the end. This lovely weather does help though so here's hoping for a good second run tonight :0)

I'm not sure if I am enjoying it lol. I tend to feel good about the last run of each session as I think I have found my stride by then, but it could simply be because it's over :D

I have forked out for running tights, tops, etc. So I can't give up and I am looking forward to seeing my body tone up and feeling fitter. I think I already feel fitter which is good news

I am still waiting to enjoy it but am motivated by the benefits so that will have to do for now.

:)

I can really relate to your comment about feeling good about the last run. The first three 90 seconds (is that really all it is?!?) feel a bit of a struggle. Then onwards I feel like a pro, the muscles are rippling, the pace is easy - ha ha, not quite like that but certainly I'm more at home with the last couple if runs.

Well done and good luck for the third run of the week. Best wishes.

I've done week 2, 1st run yesterday, legs are aching a bit this morning. Hoping they will be better for tomorrow so I can do another run. On the whole, I do feel good. Thanks for spreading the positivity :)
