Just ran for 3 days consecutively, I know I'm not supposed to, but it felt OK (well a bit hard today on the 3rd day!) I needed to catch up after my ankle sprain and with my sport relief 5K looming. So, I'm LOVING week 8. I know we all say it, but I actually can't believe it. When I set off and I know my route I think, there's no way I'm going to run that far, and I do! Never ceases to amaze me...bring on week 9!!
