Just ran for 3 days consecutively, I know I'm not supposed to, but it felt OK (well a bit hard today on the 3rd day!) I needed to catch up after my ankle sprain and with my sport relief 5K looming. So, I'm LOVING week 8. I know we all say it, but I actually can't believe it. When I set off and I know my route I think, there's no way I'm going to run that far, and I do! Never ceases to amaze me...bring on week 9!!

Please, please don't run every day, not at this stage in your running journey. To miss rest days is unwise. You will do too much too soon and get injured. Your rest days are as important as your running days, they really are.
