I've just got back from my W5R2 and I feel great, the program is really helping me and I can feel the improvement run after run. I'm actually looking forward to the dreaded W5R3 as it will prove to me how far I've come. Couple of days rest now before that, so plenty of time for my tired muscles to recover.
I hope I'm on here Wednesday evening whooping about how I've completed this milestone in the plan.
