Unexpectedly working from home today and thought I'd get run 3 out of the way before lunch. For some reason I was a bit slower than the last run, but I did it. Went on to MapMyRun to log it and discovered that since I started this lark, I have shuffled a total of 33K, so am feeling jolly pleased with myself.
Sunday marks the start of Week 4 - eek!
