Well done Rockette! It's great to be back out there int it!! I ran for the first time in nearly a fortnight this morning. I was pretty crapola but I got round. We rock don't we! LOL Go us!!

Bing bang bong!! This is extremely interesting Rockette - the whole thing about this program. Obviously you KNOW you can run 5 and 6K, yet you don't feel like it yet. PLUS, we know that you're fitness levels by week 5 will be almost back to what they were - just in time for that 20 minute non stop run!
