How can it be so hard! I ve done the programme once 2 years ago and seem to remember it was ok ish. I ve just done wk 1 and can not see how I can do more! I m not that unfit and walk around 20,000 steps a day. But running ? How an earth did I do it

That’s what I am hoping for !

I have recently graduated and I walk a lot and use an exercise bike until I drip with sweat but I found that the best training for running was... running! Hopefully you'll remember that as the programme gets tougher, so do you and you have done the best thing and that is to come back to it again. Good luck.
