Just completed W7R1...

I struggled with W6R3 and had to give up at around 19 minutes... Later that day went to bed with a temperature and a cough! Tried it again 2 days later as I felt a little better and didn't want to skip a run. I managed to run 25 minutes but only ran the same distance as I did the first time I did the 20 minute non-stop! Not sure if that counts?

Anyway, changed my route and did W7R1 tonight, ran for about 1/3 mile further and was ok (well not quite as knackered as W6R3!) after the 25 minutes. Feeling very happy tonight.

I have also finally lost a few pounds as well, having weighed myself every week since I started my weight hadn't changed until last week!

Thanks all...

It sounds as if everything is going very well despite your cough etc. Congrats on losing some weight! You'll lose a bit more by the time you've graduated I shouldn't wonder! You're over half way now. Happy running
