Me neither! So, I will give you lots of sympathy if you give me some back. I kept my poor husband awake last night as I couldn't stop coughing. Still, it's his fault as he passed on his germs to me. Humph! He had to go to work this morning so was not best pleased. He did helpfully thump my back for me. LOL

I've missed two runs, which is like torture! I've not been out for the past two days as I've felt so vile. We'll be right as paint in a few days but the wait is interminable isn't it!

My poor husband has been sleeping in the spare room for the duration! The coughing and spluttering was too much for him:-) .it s even more annoying because here it is a lovely spring day and it would be lovely to be out there.but you are right a few more days and we should be fine. I won't start back at week 5 though which is a shame but I think is sensible.

Sorry you're not well. Take it easy and I hope you get back out there soon x

Just take care both of you. Proper rest. Metatone is a great after flu tonic. My mum used to swear by it.

Oh poor you! Sorry you've been out of action. Sometimes these things take a while to shift. Take things easy and you will soon get back to where you were when you are able to get running again. Big hug! x

Oh no! That sounds no fun. I'm out of action running wise at the moment too & it's frustrating. Take care of yourself and get lots of rest and you'll be fighting fit & back in those running shoes before you know it!

I've not run for a week now. My cold is still horrible but my sore throat is better, so things are looking up. Once I can move from the house without taking industrial quantities of tissues with me then I'll be able to go for a run.

Hi,

I am actually feeling almost human today so will hopefully go out tomorrow! Do not want to rush back and end up ill again! Good to hear you are on the mend!
