I haven't run since Thursday which I am gutted about was meant to start week 5 but been full of a cold with a bad cough feel like I am cheating myself by not going 😥😣

Poor thing, it's so frustrating isn't it? I've just had a week off due to a bad cold too but I don't think it'll put you back too much at all. Hope you feel better soon.

Poor you.

My advice is, if you are coughing... don't run. You are well on the way in the programme, and the run will still be there when you feel better.

It is horrid not to be able to get out there, but honestly. not worth making yourself really ill.

I can totally empathise as I am only just getting over the last remnants of Bronchitis lurgy!!!!

Wait and see how it develops, and the advice you will get on here, will mention the. neck rule, ( have a look on-line to check that out).

Thanks think I will wait for a couple of days see how I feel it is crap when u can't go out trying to stay motivated though ☺

Starting to feel a little better cough is still bad so gutted it's been a week since I last ran😩 hopefully I will feel better next week but unsure whether to start week 5 which is were I am up to or go back to week 4 😣
