Up at 6 again this morning and completed my second run. I really like this interval way of training, far less daunting than going hell for leather straight away which I've tried and failed with in the past. Determined to keep going, aching a bit and sore-ish arch on my right food though...

Well done on getting out for run 2, the program really works to build up the time you run for week by week so it's never too tough. Keep it going and you'll amaze yourself at how much you can do. This forum is always full of support too.

Congratulations. Go for it, you won't regret it. I would recommend that you stretch after each run, to avoid most of the aches and pains and injury. I use these nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...

Well done! I'm an early-bird too - I like to get the runs out of the way before too many people can see me, and I love the peace at that time of the morning. I'm only on Week 3 and the aching does get easier I'm thankful to say.

I'm finding it all quite addictive actually :-)
