Well done. The programme does what it's supposed to. It seems unbelievable but just look how far you've come.
Well done! I start Wk3 tomorrow so have been browsing the Wk3 questions/posts beforehand to see what others have found about it. I guess I'll find out how my body responds to being asked to run for 3 minutes at 6:45am tomorrow morning!
I aim to do a parkrun too as soon as I can - I doubt I'll attempt before Wk6 though when I should at least be able to jog a reasonable amount of time between oxygen being needed
