Week 3 run 1

Just completed run 1 of week 3 with no problems so happy :) was concerned when I realised I hadn't traveled as far as previous weeks and then realised I was running more so therefore wouldn't travel as far does that make sense? It did in my mind or am I just hyped after a good run? Can't think what I was worried about now!

Well done you are doing fine, don't worry about distance just run for the correct amount of time, if you ran less distance it just means you were running slower, and that's nothing to worry about just enjoy your running

Hi Juski - Don't panic!

If you look at the Wall chart link on the right hand side (and its not 100% recommended!) youll see that Wk2 has you running for 9 mins and walking for 20 - but Wk3 has you running for 9 mins and walking for 16!

So its not surprising you covered less ground!

In any case, the most important thing is that you are up off the couch and getting through the weeks in your own time! So be pleased with that and enjoy the rest of Week 3 knowing that you are doing brilliantly!

Just listened to the podcast again and it's only a 3 minute warm down walk at the end not 5
