According to Runkeeper I have just run 6.3 miles in 24 minutes! I wish... Good thing I noticed before posting it to Facebook!

That would be a great time though. Not even in my dreams.

It doubled my calories burnt the other week, jumped from ~450 to a whopping ~930, I only did a 50min work out :) least it had my correct distance and time!

I gave Runkeeper up when it gave me near record running times when i was walking. Not to mention the leaping over tall buildings and rivers was doing my knees in. Searching for a bettertracker app.

I have just downloaded iSmoothrun on the recommendation of someone on here. It uses different technology to Runkeeper and is supposed to be a lot more accurate. It does a lot more too - it will report on your pace, time etc as you go along if you want it too. You do have to pay for it, £2.99 from the App Store. I haven't used it yet, I'll give it a try on Sunday. I do have a Garmin GPS watch which is totally accurate but I like to post to Facebook because my sister in Australia is doing the same programme.
