ive been telling my colleagues at work about this. some don't seem interested or belive how well im doing. but finally one of colleagues started tonight! her first run done! whoop whoop! I passed on my bit of knowledge and told her about the awesomeness of this community. fingers crossed she keeps it up!

Double whammy then Hopefully your colleague will catch the running bug and pass it on to someone else and you must feel great cos your example is encouraging someone to get fit and improve their health Well done
