Well done! I managed that until last week when I lost my mojo and fight! I am a routine kind a girl and usually run in the mornings, I work shifts so that means going out before work at around 6am. Now it’s darker in the mornings this makes me apprehensive to go out. I’m up to week 8! Going to try and get out this morning as really missing it!

You can do it!! I'm the same and am an early morning runner. These days its still dark at 5.30!! I jump at my own shadow so understand the apprehension. I have one headphone in my ear and stick to residential areas. Im also going to get a personal alarm that i can keep in my hand... a bit over the top!! But makes me feel safer!! You can do it... you've come so far!!

I’m loving it at the moment but too wonder how I’ll cope with the darker mornings 🤔 my current route is through an nature park so quite lonely and quiet at times

Its a tricky one!! I suppose to keep going over the darker months we need to adapt our routes and routines. Longer term I'll probably aim for 1 early weekend run and 2 early evening runs!!

Thank you Iannoda Truffe...the link is very helpful. My plan is to consolidate my progress with 30 mins for next 3 weeks or so and then start on the bridge!! 😁
