Third park run at Wanstead Flats parkrun this morning,took hubby along for his first park run then a 2 hour drive to my folks for the weekend,take away for dinner yummy.

Park run completed in 32:43.A new PB whoop whoop

He enjoyed,he has been running for a few years and trying to get me to join him.

Those hats can be seen by Major Tim - I love them - got myself a new yellow one for night runs - haven't worn it yet and the days are growing longer. So it goes in the (big) box of running gear that still has to be worn - to tell you the truth it is getting difficult to get the lid back on it and I still have a few wants! Oh dear oh dear
