Ran this morning and tried to keep my heart rate down while taking smaller strides. A bit of fun and Rico kept up for the 5 miles. Garmin reckons I can run again in 22 hours - whoop whoop.
Happy dog too!

Yes thanks GF, a nice slow 18km this morning at 6h30 before the sun got too warm. (well covered in factor 50 even so as I burn very easily ! )
