So...finally did run 2 week 4 after being a bit poorly for a few days...and I DID IT!!! I was very apprehensive as after run 1

i was exhausted! I did walk fast for about 1 minute if the five minute run, so was pleased with myself! now i got to tackle the last run and was wondering do i need a rest day? Was thinking run 3 tomorrow, then onto week 5 run 1 on tuesday, w5 run 2 on thursday and W5 run3 on saturday...

Well done. I would take a rest day. You could always do some speed walking and stretches on your rest day.
