So pleased with myself completing day one of week 4. It's not getting easier but also still achievable, I guess that's the way the programme works. Also I really enjoyed this mornings run, more than anybody's earlier weeks

I have just done run 1 for week 4! It was quite hard but if you don't go too fast, you can do it!

I've got W4R1 tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it ... listened to Laura whilst doing my housework today so I know what's in store!!! Slow and steady ...

Well done on completing week4run1 .. i did this on Sunday and like you said, it was hard but manageable. I always find the first couple of runs hard and by the last of the 5 minute runs, my mind starts to think well you've done it already now, surely you can just do it again and on it goes. I never thought I would get this far either, but as each week passes the last week seems easier. I think we all deserve a big pat on the back! Good luck with the rest of week 4! :)

I agree that we all deserve huge congratulations. Having never run before I have amazed myself with my progress, couldn't have done it without Laura and her App though.

Thankfully it stayed dry for me. It was a bit tougher today but I think that may have something to do with the Chinese meal and lager last night !!

Well done! I'm hoping the wind calms down a bit for my run tomorrow - it's blowing a houlie out there at the mo!
