I have one more run to go before I finish week 8. Can't complete as I'm injured at the mo, so I must listen to my body.

Hey, folks! Well done! I've had two 2-day rests in the past week but to niggles in my ankle and ITBs - just taking it easy. Just did W8R2 this morning, first time I went out with a running partner - glad to find one - funny how not everyone is into running 5k! 
End of the road for me is a week on Saturday for me - first Parkrun!
