Finished Week 8 the other day. I can hardly believe that I can "run" (I use the term loosely, as I run so slowly) for a full 28 minutes without slowing to a walk! On my 3rd run this week I even added 2 minutes to the end, just to see if I could. Thinking back to the start when it was a challenge to keep running for a full minute, it's hard to believe- but it's true!
Can't believe I can do this! : Finished Week... - Couch to 5K
Can't believe I can do this!
You can! You did! And you will graduate soon. Well done fellow runner.
I recognise that feeling of almost disbelief, but believe it... You are a runner!
Congratulations almost there now and then you can have your nice shiny graduate badge
I graduated in Nov 2012 and my friend graduated in May, and we are both still running. We laugh about it all the time because neither of us had run since school. (She is 44, I am 51). It's amazing what you can do when you try. Congratulations on your success so far, and good luck as you go forward - not long to graduation now!

I know! I have done 4 Parkruns now and am just about believing I'm a real runner. I was thinking back to when I started the C25k in August - there is no way I would have believed I would be loving it like I do. I've done 9 miles running and 12 cycling in the last week... feels like a new lease of life
Hi, yes it's an amazing feeling. I did 90% of my C25K runs early in the morning before breakfast and then work. People thought I was mad, especially on those freezing cold winter mornings, but I explained the feeling of achieving something every day, for myself, even before my day had begun. You can't beat it!! Keep at it
