GRADUATED and it feels glorious!

Did you hear me yell?!! I have never graduated from ANYTHING in my life and feel so happy to have stuck with this and completed 30 minutes running.

Thank you for the encouragements I have received directly and also from reading others' posts. I have entered a 5K race in April so will definitely be keeping in touch here!

Out for lunch today so will treat this as my Graduation celebration ;).
