Graduated - can’t believe it!

I did my W9R3 on Sunday evening and still so happy to have completed the program.

First fitness program I’ve stuck with.

I did my first consolidated run last night and decided not to worry about the distance. It was definitely much easier and more enjoyable than any of the week 9 runs for me.

Still hard to believe a min run made feel like dying on the 10th Sept. I’m glad I kept record of each run and how I felt. It’s weird reading back my notes!

I remember posting here weeks back on how stressful days at work meant I couldn’t get out to run. Saturday -today have been very stressful due to moving home and work deadlines but I’ve gone out each day I needed to and didn’t find any excuses.

I’m enjoying the progress both physically and mentally.

Thank you all for your support. Joining this forum has been very helpful

many, many congratulations. That is brilliant. I hope you are proud of yourself. You are now clear to go around with a silly grin on your face for the next few days. People may look at you strangely but other graduates will secretly know that feeling.
