IT FEELS GOOD TO MOVE ...

So exactly four weeks ago today I had that exhilarating feeling of becoming a Graduate ...... 4 weeks on and I’m still feeling the same way about running every other day. Whilst during the C25K programme I was a real creature of habit around time place etc - since I’ve learned the skill of adapting around my commitments to ensure I don’t miss a run. Whilst this is minor tweaking for me what it proves beyond doubt is that RUNNING IS ADDICTIVE - so wherever you are on this programme soak it up remember what you learn and don’t stop moving - IT FEELS GOOD TO MOVE - body and mind are the winners

Happy running all

It does indeed!! I find it reminds me of being a carefree child playing out, something we all should do more of! 😁

Happy running! 🌼

I agree with you.

On week 6 now and hate having to reschedule my run, if I cannot do my usual time/day!!!

the agility is why i started running to improve my fitness, which has led on to canix.

i really need to work on my sprints with some sharp turns.

typical course times are 35 -50 seconds.

Nice post. It’s great to see you’re learning and adapting, and indeed determined, to fit this around your life and keep it going. It’s so good to move... when I look back at my past self I wish I could just go and slap him 😂

Happy running.
