Completed WK4R3 on Friday and completed WK5R1 today and feel great. Looking forward to R2 not sure how I will get on with 8min runs but here goes. Thanks for all the support so far think would have given up by now if not for this site. Thanks.

I found the first 2 runs of week 5 quite hard & I remember I thought I'd never keep going for 8mins but it's all in the mind & you can do it. Take it easy & try to distract yourself. It's a very rewarding week.

If your in week five your going great guns you will be surprised how much you can do. Just take it nice and steady and you will be fine. Good luck.
