Week 9 complete 👏👏👏👏👏🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
Happy, happy, happy. Completed C25K. Last run tonight, struggled a bit as had a PT session yesterday so legs were a bit heavy but did it...thanks for everyone's support on here. To the next step....to try an actual 5K 😬😬
Woopy do. I graduated with a parkrun, have u heard of those? All u need to do is register online, print out a barcode and find a local run. They are amazing and so supportive of everyone and it is free too 😀
Thank you for your reply. We have a Park Run here, in fact my last run was partway round the course👍👍
Brilliant Sue, Well done, Many Congratulations to you ! xxx
Whoooo! Well done! We share the same graduation date!!! I'm one year on!!! Xx
One year on....wow well done. How have you found your progress.
Whoop whoop! Well done, enjoy your running x 😊
Congratulations! You should feel very proud!
You have every right to feel happy, congratulations on your graduation. Don't forget your badge 😎.
Well done Sue, many congratulations! Now the fun really begins! 🏃
Woop woop! Congrats graduate. Happy running
Well done. The struggling runs just push you toward the next goal. You'll probably find you've already got 5km in you. Just go nice and slow (don't take one step forward and three injured hobbles back), and keep going past 30 minutes. Build some rest around that, and you're probably very close (stop if it gets bad; there's always another day; and remember, while 5 km is waiting, you have a nice simple goal to keep heading toward).
Congratulations!!!!!! Sooooooo happy for you! Look at that shiny new graduate badge, yay!!!
Thank you everyone for the support and encouragement on here. And of course a massive thank you
and run/jogged for the walk time and then run faster For the run bit? If you have what week did you
achieved my goal! I can't believe it!, I am thrilled to bits! So what now?!! Suggestions most welcome 😄...
