Happy, happy, happy. Completed C25K. Last run tonight, struggled a bit as had a PT session yesterday so legs were a bit heavy but did it...thanks for everyone's support on here. To the next step....to try an actual 5K 😬😬

Woopy do. I graduated with a parkrun, have u heard of those? All u need to do is register online, print out a barcode and find a local run. They are amazing and so supportive of everyone and it is free too πŸ˜€

Well done. The struggling runs just push you toward the next goal. You'll probably find you've already got 5km in you. Just go nice and slow (don't take one step forward and three injured hobbles back), and keep going past 30 minutes. Build some rest around that, and you're probably very close (stop if it gets bad; there's always another day; and remember, while 5 km is waiting, you have a nice simple goal to keep heading toward).
