Know I've been quiet for a few weeks, my net was down. BUT...I did it! Finished week 9!
I don't think I'll ever grow to love running - but maybe I hate it a little less than I did. I will keep it up but drop the time down a little...from week 7 onwards I got excruciating pains in my hips
Pleased it's over - but got a proper sense of achievement

I haven't been for gait analysis but as you can see from my picture (armour notwithstanding) I am considerably overweight so thought that was probably the issue.

Congratulations!!! Looks like we both graduated on the same day - good feeling. I reckon if you keep going out and doing it, even if you need to cut the time back a bit, you'll still get the benefits. Listen to your body though and as Hennith said, gait analysis could be a good thing to check out. Still well done!!
Congratulations on fortitude and sticking power. I started running in June and have great admiration for those of you who started much later and stuck with C25k well into the cold and dark that surrounds us now. I loved running within a few weeks and I am sure that running in the good weather makes such a lot of difference. Only three weeks and the days start lengthening and the joys of summer running beckon.
I can't say that when I'm running I think "oh I never want this run to end" but I love the feeling it gives me when I'm done & I can't wait to get out there again once I've finished. Oh & I'm such a grouch when I can't get out there. Well done on graduating. Hope that one day you'll get to enjoy it.
