48 (I think ... stopped counting at 37) never been into exercise but fed up feeling like an old crock ! On week 3 and loving it! Wondered why my calves felt hard this morning ... then realised it was muscle "what is this????!!" π

Me too! I've just started week 5 and am hoping to reduce middle aged spread!!

I started at 45, for similar reasons π It's a fab way to feel fit and youthful π I swear it's knocked 10 ( mental) years off meπ
