I'm not normally one for this type of thing, but I found this on Pinterest the other day and felt that it really summed up my relationship with running, so I thought I'd share it. I've seem similar things but this is just so nicely put.

So true,, cos once you have done 5K most people seem to just be able to keep going......The trick is not to give in to those aches at the start of the run.
