At least it wasn't blowing a gale for a change. I found this run the hardest of the 25min runs, don't know why. I'm really apprehensive about week 8, i don't feel i've progressed much this week, it was hard when i started the week and it's still hard. Help!

Dont get disheartened. I felt the same at week 7. But I thought to myself I have come this far I can do this and I completed week 9 last week. So keep going you are doing so well. I never thought I would get there and I have. All the best x
I'm about to start wk7 I wonder if it is because all 3 runs are the same after a few weeks of being all different? So you don't notice the difference? Just a thought. Stick with it x
Thanks sally, i think that is it actually, i know this is about building stamina but it doesn't feel as thrilling as building up the times so dramatically, good luck with your week, see you in week 8!
I really struggled with week 7, taking 8runs to finally conquer it, but have actually enjoyed my runs of week8 so far and although am still huffing and puffing all the way can see I am getting a tad quicker than my usual snails pace.
