Just completed my graduation run. It feels amazing. Wasn't sure I was going to manage it but I've learnt to believe in the programme and myself and listen to my body. I've got dodgy knees and in the past when I've run if I miss a couple of sessions I've given up. But this time it's felt different, building up the stamina week by week so when I have missed a planned run I know it's going to be OK when I do next go out. So anyone reading this who is yet to graduate, stick with it, and you will be amazed at what you can achieve
