Well Week 7 was OK for me. I seem to like these longer runs. I feel challenged by each one (I couldn't go much further) though I have no particular issues with aches and pains, breathing or anything, so I assume it's just a case of increasing stamina. I managed to go a bit further today in order to reach the next km marker which felt good. All I can say is bring on week 8 - just 6 runs left for me! Happy running everybody!
