I have been feeling really sleepy all week and worried that the longer runs were taking their toll. I was therefore a bit concerned that I might struggle with today's run. I was pleasantly surprised though. I could actually tell I'm making progress today - it felt more like a run and less of a trudge. My movements felt easier - and my breathing too! And no leaden legs come to think of it. Still not going any faster though. Never mind, you can't win them all and I shall just enjoy this feeling while it lasts! Took 2 rest days between runs this time and I think that makes a big difference to me.

I enjoyed my run yesterday despite the snow, biting wind and side stepping a few geese and swans. I
