R2 for some reason I struggled , I'm sure it's the walking , it now puts me out of my rhythm . First 5 min of this run I thought , I'm not up for this today but then I got into a rhythm , & I wouldn't say I struggled , & even managed to speed up for last min . Thanks everybody for all tips & advice & can't wait for wk 7 .

Aww, Rockette that's amazing. Well done you. I'm on Wk 6 R1 tonight after work and am a bit puzzled why it seems like a step backwards with the walking again. However, 'trust the programme' they say, 'trust the programme....'! :-)

Hi, i did that one yesterday and the difference was i actually RAN for the last five minutes! Couldn't believe it, i think that the point of the stages, to get you running for longer then getting you feeling confident about it so you can move on.

Glad you're on week 6 too, hope it went ok.
